Do CryoBit cold storage products come loaded with Bitcoins or Litecoins?
No they do not. We may offer a service in the future that helps to assist in this process.

How long is my Wallet Address, Encrypted Private Key, or Passphrase stored by CryoBit?
We store this information for up to 10 days after shipping your order. You may request to have it removed sooner by contacting us with your order number.

Can I use an unencrypted Private Key with my CryoBit cold storage product?
No, we require that your key is encrypted for your security.

Does CryoBit have a return policy for a purchased cold storage product?
Unfortunately since all products are custom made we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your product please contact us.
